Dyyni's kitchen offers a vast selection of summer delicacies during summer season and variety of theme menus ordered in advance throughout the year. Just pick the menu you like and order by email or call minimum 2 days before your occasion. BBQ Gusto
Prepare on a table-top bbq a hearty serving of best file of beef, pork and chicken in the way you like it! BBQ Gusto is served with baked potato, ratatouille, fruity salad and alioli, salsa and chilimayo dippings.

Pit-roasted lamb
Follow the footsteps of Sepe and Valtteri, main characters in a novel "Sheep robbers" by famous finnish author Veikko Huovinen. Sepe and Valtteri go on a sheep robbing spree through Finland preparing delicious pit-roast of their catch. Two rascals start their journey at Dyyni's predecessor, Matkailuhotelli, where Sepe and Valtteri share few drinks and delicious philosophies about the beautiful Hiekkasärkät scenery - and women.
Now you can enjoy tender pit-roasted mutton seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic in sheep robber's style. Dyyni's pit-roast is matured in a sand pit for minimum 8 hours. Sheep robber's pit-roast is served with baked potato, honey roasted swede, carrots and onions, pickled cucumber boats, rosemary-coffee gravy, mint and rowanberry jelly. For dessert we prepare a smoothie made of arctic buckthorn and framboise with a gentle touch of star anise.

Dyyni Drink Workshop

Dyyni was established in January 2003 to form a venue for both international classics and new trend to blend. Old classics, their signature versions and the forever changing variety of shooters are the basic knowhow at Dyyni. This makes the night out both educational and fun. Uncompromising attitude regarding good quality, fresh raw materials and mixology training are the reasons why the drink with biggest demand at Dyyni is: "Mix up something nice for me, please". Our clientele’s trust in Dyyni’s staff is really heart warming.

In case you want to learn the secrets behind some of the world famous classics and also the basics of good drink making, you can inquire about our drink workshops. Maximum number of participants in group is ten. Our bar staff has visited the best cocktail bars in London, Dublin and Amsterdam and received the latest knowledge in cool drink making. Learning has never been this fun!

Private functions

Through the years, Dyyni has gained a lot of experience in organizing weddings, birthdays, corporate parties and other functions. We specialize in organizing theme parties like Christmas parties in antique roman or medieval style, birthday parties in 70's, 80's or 20's speakeasy style, Oscar Galas and so on. Stop stressing yourself out and let us put together a party to remember! Please note we can take groups of 10-150 pax.

Catering

We also cater. Whether you want to organize your party in factory premises or outdoors, we can help. Our catering set includes a 80m2 canopy of canvas, 320m2 circus tent, chairs, tables, cutlery and china for 100 people. Let us transfer your selected location into well functioning celebration.
